I am writing this to inform you about the cancellation of my 8 Indian Health Organisation cards as I have so many issues with the services which they are providing. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied due to the following reasons and would not like to continue with this Indian Health Organisation organization.
I have logged a card cancellation request (Req. no.- 60067) on 5th May 2102 and No action has been taken as of now. I have paid Rs. 5000 thru HDFC credit card.
1. Wrong information was given that you can go to any hospital and avail discount
2. I was told that the purchase can be done thru EMI opetion in your credit card but same is not done.
3. I have not excepted their documents so dar and I was told that the subscription can be canceled if complain is made within 14 days for which I have already registered for cancelation within 14 days.
My request to you please take this matter with IHO to get refund of my money (Rs. 20000) which I have paid and cancel all my cards ASAP. Also provide me the ETA (Estimated Turn around time) to close this issue from IHO. I am highly frustrated with it and want my money back.
