Money not Refund

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I cancelled my health card dated 5-01 they told me that after 40 days you get refund money. But upto now i have not received my money back. When i call them everey time they told me that you get a money back within 2-3 days.

So i requested you please solve the matter and refund my money back
