2% Extra Amount charged when paid through Credit card

Sir,

I went to Indian Scan, No 7/9, Duraisamy Pillai street, Tambaram (West), Chennai 600 045, Phone 044 22262428, 22261473 for "Carotid and vertebral doppler" test for my father. Actual charge for the above said test is 1500/-, but they have charged 2% extra amount when I paid through Credit card.

Regarding this I complained to cashier, but she irresponsibly replied. Maximum charge for Carotid and vertebral doppler test is 1500 (in this case Rs.1500 is MRP) and they have charged me Rs.1530.What could be done in this regard.

Kindly take action, if I am right, to protect consumer right.
