ON 31-12-1997 a policy (75-20) was issued from sagour branch no-1 to me and policy no. given to me was 370960430, but in year 2002 the invoice posted to me contained a changed policy number 372917430 .After this, I immediately contacted to SAGOUR BRANCH MANAGER.Receiving no response from him, I requested him to kindly transfer my policy to KALYAN BRANCH 92-D.When my policy was trasferred i made a contact with KALYAN BRANCH manager to get my correct policy number. Still i am not receiving any response from him.
So, kindly look in this matter and take the necessary action and kindly issue me my correct policy number.
