I had requested for the cancellation of my policy but its almost 2 years i haven't got any refund for after interacting with several branches in bangalore they guided me to visit head office at M.G.Road, even the people over there had taken 15 days time and still they say that they are processing it or some of their higher official haven't reverted on it.
Now i don't have the policy in hand nor the refund amount, i only have the acknowledgement given by some official at JPnagar branch. I am Helpless
