My father is an APSRTC employee and there is Service alliance between RTC and NIMS for treatment of APSRTC employees and their family members.
Recently, My mother was very ill and we did not know the reason for her illness. We came to NIMS several times for the same reason, but on day she was unconscious and we took her to the NIMS. And there was no one to look afetr her or listen to us. We said we are from APSRTC, then they started avoiding us mentioning th reason that, it's a headache to give treatment to RTC people. After some time, they asked us to pay 20, 000 then they will give immediate treatment. My mother's condition was very critical and we readily did not have money. We went their assuming they will give immedaiate treatment with out taking money beacuse we are RTC employee family members.
After 1 hour one nurse came and took blood sample after whcih she never showed up. We waited there for 2 hours. My mother's condition was very critical by that time and we took her to the another hospital (Private hospital - Where they take money officially and give treatment correctly with out negligence). Her total treatment costed us 1.5 lakhs.
Request you all to take necessary action and refund of 1.5 lakhs from NIMS
