I ordered a car accessory through indiatimes shopping online, which was dispatched from Bombay on 14th Sept.
Till date I am yet to receive it and get the same answer from the customer service executive that “the shipment is out for delivery and will reach you today”. On checking the website with the tracking code of 6171201525, there are numerous delivery attempts being made. I wonder to which address as on 20th Sept, I received a call from the courier delivery person at 9:45AM asking for landmarks to my area and said that the delivery will be made within 30mins.
I even offered to pick up my item from the local office and was told since its out for deliver it cannot be received
Have never come across such an useless, unreliable and pathetic courier.
