Telephone temporaryly suspanded

My Broad Band telephone number is 033-24236916. The bills are being paid by ECS since long. My ECS limit is Rs.- Since 15th of July I am out of Station. Hence My usage is Idle. I shall be returning at home on 18th of November. So on cheking I found that This telephone number is kept suspended without informing me. Neither I asked to suspend nor the ECS is stopped. Calcutta Telephones suspended the line on their own. Please see that The said Broad Band starts working before I reach Kolkata anI can start using the BroadBand service.
