My order number is HD2761. On 1st Oct 09 – I placed an order for following combo offers:
1. Swatch Ladies wrist watch (Model No. YLS 112) & FIDO ladies Hand Bag (Product Code – H095), &
2. Reebok Shoes (Size 9 – H094) & Reebok Sunglasses
Out of which I recieved the first combo which is Swatch Ladies wrist watch (Model No. YLS 112) & FIDO ladies Hand Bag but the Bag which I received was totally different (in terms of size, colour & looks) from the one which I received. So, I spoke to them for that & they said it will be exchanged. But the very next day, I got a call from other executive saying that they don’t have that purse with them so I have to order something else in place of this order. So, in place of that combo offer (which was returned back to them), I had to order something else (forcibly) & I ordered following products:
1. Transit Strolley Bag (28” inches). With this, 15” inches Transit Strolley Bag is free – Model No. TS01
2. Jewellery Watch Set (Product Code – T021)
3. Reebok Travel Bag for Rs. 200/-
BUT I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED ANY PRODUCT AGAINST MY RETURNED PRODUCTS. After 2 mnths, they said you have to order some other product again & then, I ordered Verona Trolley Bag & requested to reverse my balance amount whihc they said will be done in 15-20 days. BUT AGAIN ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH NOW & I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY PRODUCT. EVERY MONTH, I AM PAYING THE MONEY (THROUGH CREDIT CARD) FOR A PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED. HALF OF TEH MONEY HAS ALREADY GONE WITHOUT ANY PRODUCT.
So, you are requested to kindly help me out in getting my product & refundable money ASAP.
