AVA merchandising
Delay in delivery

Hi All,

I received a product brochure from AVA Merchandising along with my ICICI Bank Credit Card Statement. I ordered a product (Philips DVD Player with surround sound system) on 13th May. They charged the money and told me that the product will be delivered within 21 days. But until now, I have not received the product even after repeated assurances by their customer care executives. Every time, they give new reasons for the delay.

I request all of you not to do shopping with AVA. I am also surprised to see the association of ICICI Bank with a company as rubbish as AVA.
