I had ordered for a 1kg Black Forest Cake. My order no. is ICS126201018. Though the order was delivered on time but the cake given was wrong. Instead of a black Forest cake they had given some chocolate cake. After i came to know this i immediately called them and i spoke to Mr. Manit itself. He asked me to send a mail regarding my complaint. It has been 3 weeks since i have sent a mail and there has been no reply from their side. They have very poor customer service. When you are giving some service it should be correct and they should be loyal to the customer. We have paid money for the service being done. So a person should not cheat like this.
