Non receipt of orde

I was called up by bag it today & was told that i had won some gifts (or cash) for which i had to buy some materials from them, i had bought iterms from them worth 2- & till date i have received only 1 order whereas i had 3 order. out of the 1 order also there were iterms which was not what i had ordered. i am now unable to contact them
