This is to inform ‘bagittoday’ that such a response is not warranted in a financial transaction that puts the customer through such menagerie when the payment HAS BEEN DONE WITHOUT ANY DELAY WHATSOEVER. Refer ORDER ID: 1004957551 for amount Rs. 3798.00 [in words: Rupees Three thousand Seven Hundred and ninety eight only] dated 07/04. The payment was done by CREDIT CARD. We do have CARD statements to show for in the consumer court vide the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, INDIA 1986.
The customer has had enough of the harassment since FIVE phone calls to the customer support and 4 different mails has yielded no results whatsoever.
‘Bagittoday’ is GUILTY on the following grounds:
1. It was promised in writing by bagittoday that the order would reach the customer by 28/04 i.e. 2 to 3 weeks.
2. No technical error was mentioned whatsoever in any of the RECORDED phone calls by your people when asked about the status.
3. The customer was misleaded everytime an enquiry was made and apart from the phone conversations nothing was given in writing as to when and if the item would be delivered.
As on date, the customer requires the order to be cancelled and the usury be paid on Rs.3798.00 [in words: Rupees Three thousand Seven Hundred and ninety eight only] with INTEREST as per current rates which is 7.5% along with compensation for the telephone charges and the mental agony of waiting so long; failing which ‘bagittoday’ will have to pay heavy compensation and may even face court charges vide the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, INDIA 1986.
