Bag It Today is the most fraud online shopping portal. On ordering a product, firstly they will not make timely delivery. After delivery, if the product is not working well, they will get the reverse pickup and not refund the money.
Customer care executives like Mr. Gautam have not manners and he believes in disconnecting the call rather than solving the complaint.
Despite of my several reminders and requests, Bag It Today has not yet refunded my money.
