The word defines a lot but the company are only to say just "SORRY" to each and every customer.
The marketing executives will explain a lot and will take the deposit amount showing all the offers saying free installation charges. Its been 2 months I paid for a new connection, but these guys won't even respond till now. When I call the customer care, they will simply say that " your complaint has been submitted and our executive will get back to you soon" But none responds. Its waste of taking this connection, I strongly recommend not to get excited to take this connection.
