This is to inform that your customer support executives raise tickets for

themselves and close as their own without any callback or confirmation from

customer. is it enough to beam to recieve payments from customer without

providing any service.

Is it a profit earning firm with out any customer satisfaction.

I call to ur customer care twice, they said that they will callback to

me.there is no any callback till now (6 JUlY 12:20 PM) please let call back

or resolve problem.

and let me know there are different packages for different areas in local

(Hyd) and i request u to educate ur service boys to say all available

packages.

I paid Rs 1000 for 1 month &--gt;600 installation &--gt;400 net bill

i thought there is a 3 month package for 1200 (not informed by your

representative)

*Please let me know the status for above mentioned queries.

We are very sorry to inform you that we dont have option for quaterly. If you are going for half yearly or yearly then only instalation charges will not be applicable. However As per our concerned team feed back you connection would be installed on 14/07. Kindly bear with us until such time.
