Sir, i bought a new mblaze connection on 29th june from VODAFONE MINI STORE when asked for formalities to be done by me they said that no formalities are required... i was confused but i purchased a mblaze connection..but the service was terminated shortly and on asking no satisfactory response was found i suspect that sales person in VODAFONE MINI STORE forged my signature and put in the form filled for connection (MTS)... THIS IS CHEATING HOW CAN SOMEBODY COPY MY SIGNATURE IN THE FORM WHICH IS TO DULY FILLED BY ME.
