I APPLIED FOR A BROADBAND CONNECTION FROM BHARTI AIRTEL AND I RECEIVED A MESSAGE REGARDING THE DOCUMENTS AND BE READY WITH THE DOCUMENTS AS THE EXECUTIVE WILL COME TO THE PLACE TO COLLECT THE DOCUMENTS.THE EXECUTIVE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND COLLECTED THE DOCUMENTS AND TAKEN THE 500 RS CHARGE AS IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT IS REFUNDABLE WITH THE FIRST BILL COMMITING THAT THE CONNECTION WILL BE THERE IN 7 DAYS.AFTER 4 DAYS I CALLED THE CUST CARE TO CHECK ABOUT THE CONNECTION AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE FORM HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED AND NOW I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT DUE TO TECHNICAL FEASEBILITY THE PROCESS CANNOT BE COMPLETED.THEN I CALLED THE CUST SERVICE ONCE AGAIN TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY MONEY THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION AS THE FORM IS STILL NOT UPDATED.I TRIED CALLING THE SAME EXECUTIVE AND HE IS NOT PICKING UP MY MOBILE IF HE PICKS UP THE PHONE HE START ABUSING ME AND THREATEND ME WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCES.
