INTERNET NOT CONNECTING

Respected Sir/Madam,

We have a broadband connection of BSNL in the name of M/S Maharani Paints Pvt Ltd in ludhiana 0161-2501947.we are using this connection from last 3months.but we are facing problem from last 1 month.we are using the plan of 8 MB speed but from last 1 month recieved only 1mb to 2 MB but this speed is also not run conitnue connection is always discoonect.we have to issue bills online but net is not working so our work is always pending. So please do the needfull for us.
