Non- fuctioning of landline telephone

Sir,

Please refer to the above noted subject. The Landline Telephone no. 011-24352601 is installed in the name of Smt. Sanjam Chima, D-II/70 Kaka Nagar, New Delhi.

Since long the above said telephone is out of order and not at all working. Though the Bill has been raised for Rs. 992/- against this landline connection for Tri-band usage, wherein since long the internet connection cannot be used due to faulty telephone line.

It is requested that the dues of Rs. 992.00 may kindly be waived off as there is no use of internet connection due to non-functioning of landline telephone line i.e. 011-24352601 CA No. 2021602501

Further, it is requested that the above connection be rectified at the earliest enabling us to use the internet Tri-band connection and availing of the services.
