Hello,
This is to inform you that i booked for a AIRTEL broadband connection on 10th of june for my residence and i was told by the person who booked the connection that i would be installed in three days. When i asked for the mode of payment to book the connection Mr. Vishal who was here to book the connection told me that it would be processed faster if i make the payments in CASH rather by cheque. Well as far i know the mode of payment hardly affects the process time for connection. After two days of booking the connection a gave a call to Mr. Vishal to know the status of connection as i did not recieved any acknowledgement from the technical department he said that it is in process and would take time. He even said that if we cant wait then we can stop the cheque payment. I waited for another two days and gave him call he stopped picking up my calls and when he recieved the call on being asked for the reason of delay the said that we are running short of wire and due to rush of work we cant draw the line at present and even asked we wait for a week atleast and if we are not satisfied we can ask the bank to stop the cheque payment, and suggested me to get in touch other telecomm operators for the internet services. Its 17th june today i have yet recieved any service or updates from your end infact i have been recieving unsatisfactory and humiliating answers from Mr. Vishal. I feel sorry to say but this kind of service was not expected from one of the leading telecomm company in India.
