Issues regarding the bill

iam having an issues regarding the bill.

last year may i activated the air-tel pc secure having the full idea that its chargeable, Rs 100 will be charged for the service per month.

but after using the antivirus for one 2 or 3 days i uninstalled the antivirus, as it was making my system very slow. after that i made a call to the airtel customer care so that i can ask them for my antivirus DE-activation, in return i was told that the antivirus (airtel pc secure) is totally free with my plan (899- unlimited).

so it doesnot really matter whether i use it or not.

But last week i got a call from airtel and they told me that its not free, instead its chargeable.

so i have been paying Rs 100 per month for the last one year, just because one of your customer care executive passed on the wrong information to me.

so in total i paid 1300 rupees which i should not have paid.

my total outstanding bill is around 2400.

every day i get a call from airtel regarding the outstanding bill, but nobody cares to sole my issue.

i want this issue to be solved as soon as possible. and i want that extra amount which i have been paying for the last one year (1300) from may to July to be refunded or adjusted in my current outstanding bill of 2400.

at the same time i would also like to tell you that my connection has been bared from last Friday without any information. i already told the customer executives that i will only pay the bill after the issue is solved.

so kindly look in the matter.
