I didnot use Airtel Broadband service from 25 august to till date due to the technical problems from airtel department of company. During this we are facing many problem from airtel broadband and loss my business around 1.5 lakh. And if we call or email then no body going to proper response either customer care nor Nodel officer. We all know that airtel is big company but we are not big company like airtel, we using airtel services which give me losses in my business. This is all responsible airtel software or airtel employee whose comit me that your connection will start exact time an we believe on them.this happend 20 days and all employee comit new time and fail their commit again and again. Finaly i frustrate from airtel service and wrote email as follows.
Dear sir,
I was complain at dated 25 aug to airtel customer then they said that your
broadband will start at 1 sep 2011 till 11.30 but could not start that time
given by you . and then we complain again and we got another complain number
and time given by you for 13 sep 2011 till 1.27 pm.but till now not start my
brodband and landline, and i got bill from airtel from 2 aug to 1 sep
2011.what is this? we are facing problem from your side whenever no dues
payment from my side i clear all previous dues at time. but today 13 sep
i wait according your time given by you not working my brodband and landline.
what is this? i loss in my business day by day through you, and no body to
going me proper response. This is not a way we all know that airtel is big
company but this is not a way, we all not satisfy your such type of
services.please tell me what is problem actually.
So Kindly request you that please activate my broadband and landline
immediatly, so that we work proper our work.
Kindly I request to Airtel that please fullfil my loss in my business.finally we came to Consumer.
