Hello, my name is kushal sushil. i am a resident of shyam nagar, jaipur. i have a internet connection through bharti airtel. i do submit my bills of internet on. but from the past two months i am facing a trouble through the costumer service representatives. they call me everytime and ask me to submit the bill. at first to get my life hassle free i went to bharti airtel office in civil lines, sodala, jaipur. i told them that i am facing a problem regarding my bill payments. i show them the copy of my bill as a proof. they told me that the problem is been fixed and you need not to worry. then again i am getting calls from the coustmer service regarding bills. i again went to the place again and told my problem and they siad that its been fixed. i again got the call from coustmer service. now they send me the bills on my mail. i feel so, guilty being a loyal customer i submit my bills on time and due to some system faliure they humilate me by calling me again and again.
please help.
