Delay in Broad Band Connection

Hello Sir,

I have applied for new Broad Band Connection from Airtel on March 28. Acknowledgement No is CEF NO CH 1150758. A person from Airtel Marketing named "Balaji D (mobile: 9840955339)" have reached my home and collected Rs 1099 for a connection. He told that the connection will be start available in with in 2 days.

After 2 Days only they given some cables but not connected with broad band service. I have called Mr Balaji and asked how long it will take. He given one more contact number 9003010974 (Mr Parasu Ram) for the connection enquiries. However i have called that number asked for the status, he keep says that "We will come tomorrow", but so far nothing done.

Now no one is picking the phone. We are not sure what happened to our money.

Please do the needful for us.
