Harresment by generating bill even after disconnection and torturing mentally by calling daily on my phone

HI I am Gaurav Agarwal a resident of noida. In may I asked the airtel people to discontinue my broadband connection but no executive turned up even after 3-4 request from my side. Now in the month of march1 they want me pay 2700 for the NOC. I received a call in the month of june from the side of airtel that they will issue me the NOC on a payment of Rs 500/- which i made immediately but then no NOC was issued. I am harresed by their executives daily by the means of phone calls and is tortured mentally due to which i have been going under a high risk of High Blood Pressure.

Please hepl me out if any one can...
