I tried to place the order 100010015 using Rs 250 discount coupon (purchased from taggle) and credit card for rest of the payment. But when I selected credit card, instead of going to payment gateway, it registered the order. When I tried to place a new order for the same product using the same discount coupon, it was doing nothing. I sent them a mail. I got a call from them and they placed a new order 100010166 for me saying that I would get an IVR call for credit card payment. Accordingly I took OTP from Citibank (SMS costs Rs 3) which was valid for next 30 minutes, but didn't get IVR call from them. My OTP has expired and don't know when I will get the call. I requested the executive to free my DISCOUNT COUPON, so that I can place order online, but he didn't do that. I have sent them a number of mails to free my DISCOUNT COUPON, so that I can place order online. Each time I have got some ticket numbers 609040, 266237, 849226, 283199, 785929. I have called them several times and each time after holding for long, nobody attended the call. Even yesterday I called them and some executive put me on hold for 20 minutes and the line got disconnected. I am requesting them to free my discount voucher, so that I can place a ner order online. They have never replied to any of may mails.
