COMPLAINT AGAINST NAAPTOL

Dear Sir,

We had book mobile Blackberry 8830 Mobile with GPS thru NAAPTOL online shopping on 30th Jan. We paid Rs. 6199/- thru credit card on same day and till date we don't receive our product. When we called up Naaptol they told that our product was delivered to ARAMAX courier AWB Number : 6207785135 on 7th Feb but due to some problem we did not receive the same but they did not deliver the product. On 7th Feb, whole day we were available at home. Hence, contacted ARAMAX and first they asked that the courier guy did not find your address and then they told that your shipment was returned to Naaptol as they cancelled your order. Then again we contacted NAAPTOL atleast 15 times and then they asked that as your order has been cancelled the refund has been initiated.

In all process, Naaptol did not inform us atleast one time about the status. Now as we have told that we don't want refund as they will return our money after 2-3 months, then who will bear interest of our credit card, and hence we asked to give product only. But after 1 month they are not confirming us delivery date of product.

We sent so many mails, made so many calls to Naaptol call center but no body is taking initiative to resolve our problem.
