I had ordered a books called Micro-economics from Flipkart. After a delay of 5 days, I got the delivery but to my surprise, the book sent to me was Macro-economics. I called up flipkart guys and told everything. I was informed that I shall get a call within 24 hours. I never received such call. After 2 days, I called them to know about my complaint, I was told that there is no complaint registered against my order id. They said it will take another 5-7 days to replace the book. That is simply non-sense on part of flipkart. If they have the book is stock, why can't they deliver it the next day. But the guy said, we don't have the book. We will procure it from the market and then send it to you. This process shall take 5-7 days. It is simply not understood.
Anyway, when I asked for the tracking number of my complaint, I was told that we don't have tracking number for complaints. You can just follow up with your order id. This is rediculous. I know they will not replace the wrong book.
PLS. DON'T CLAIM ON TV ADS THAT THERE IS NO WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERIES AND IF THERE IS ANY WE WILL REPLACE IT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.
I am soppy to say, I am not going to buy anything from flipkart. Its useless service.
