MTNL Telephone no. 22508045. I am facing intermittent internet connection issues since the past one month. Since then i have raised three complaints and none of them have be resolved. Instead everytime I call up to their customer care... they say that the last complaint was closed even without checking with us, if the redressal was satisfactory. Customer care is also very unfriendly... they do not care for any problems/inconvenience being caused to the cutomer.
I hope somebody in the higher ranks reads these complaints and listens and addresses these issues. They need to change their image... or else people will keep moving away to private providers.
