Respected Sir,

This is inform that I am using MTNL Broadband from the last month and I had always faced connection problems. It was in the last month, the internet service worked only for 10 days. Despite several complaints to the MTNL authorities nothing was done, even if started it only lasted for 30 mons and the line went dead.

I was charged niternet fees for the full month, when I requested for adjustments, it was not done and also due to the connection issues, I faced heavey loss in my business which I run through internet. The speed as promised, is very slow.

I would request you to do the needful and take action against the concerned staff responsible for service.
