Broadband of Airtel at Lucknow UP

I have book to AIRTEL broadband at Lucknow UP on 12th of April 10.I have deposited the required money to the local agent named Saleem. Till 13 days passed they not install the connection and also not reply on mobile no. They give me the receipt also

Please write down the complaint and take necessary action.
