I am using broad band internet service of Hathway. My user name is RiyabKangariwala. i have registered complaints of since 5 days ago of Internet is not working. My Complaint No is 20110127212. Even i called today morning customer care of Hathway they didnt respond properly and even when we suggested to transfer the call to the higher authorities but they denied to do so and not even give contact no of higher authorities.
