Delay in new connection

DEAR SIR/MADAM

Myself Ravi Prakash Pandey, living in DAE Township, Anupuram, (603127) Kancheepuram Tamilnadu.

I have applied for BSNL Landline and Broadband New Connection on 17th January. And today is 2nd April still i am being told that i have to wait for one more month to get the new connection.

SIR, initially I was told that some new software has been installed and all the staff is going for the training so come after 2 weeks.

Then i was told that the software is showing some error and i have to wait for another 15 days.

Further they added that some major wire cut is there and contractor is not available and i have to wait for another 15 days.

Then they told that ports are faulty and they asked for the new ports so please bear with us for another 15 days.

Now ports are available but wire is not available which would be laid by contractor. So please wait for another month so that new contractor can be hired.

Please take some necessary action to address my problem.
