EXCESS BILL AMOUNT

I, A.P. Wankhede got bsnl band connection of Rs.400 (including govt. servent's 20% off. but bsnl charged me Rs.499 only for 15 days. they charged Rs.250 for installation (discribed in user manual & help disc & which any untought man cn also do) also they charged Rs.500 for installation. and total amount is Rs.3190.I ask but bsnl does not informed me this before getting connection, meny peoples are fecing this problem.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING...
