False Bill despatch for the month of November 09

Dear Madam / Sir,

It has been only 3 months since using BSNL Broadband service in my rented house in jamshedpur. The connection was established and became fully functional on 18 August. For the first 3 months the bills were fine and according to the plan suggested.

PLAN: 500 Combo with free download from 2 AM to 8 AM everyday. Rest for the month is 1.5 GB

Pls find the details of the last 3 months billing:

1. SEPT 09:

Total Charge: 552

Duration of usage: 30 days

2. OCT 09:

Total Charge: 552

Duration of usage: 31days

3. NOV 09:

Total Charge: 3511

Duration of usage: 25 days

Things that were new this month:

NPC Inst charges: 500

ARDR installment: 83.33

NET:3100 Discn 15% : 2107

taxes: 310

Gross total: 3000

I would like to have clarification of the extra charges that have been added without a reason. Pls let me know as to whom should I contact for the same and if you are the right person I am approaching, pls resolve.
