Ridiculous service and unauthentic product

I bought a watch of UCB from buyatbrands.com which says it authentic original watch, but it was a replica and very poor quality and also got in a poor packaging.

I had to return them via courier, although there condition says they had to pick it up from home if product not upto the mark.

I was promised the refund within 7 days, its almost 20 days and still calling and waiting for the refund.

Ridiculous service and product.

Trusting them is digging hole for yourself.
