Hi, I Ordered a Casio g-shock DW-6900MS-1HDR Men's Watch from BUYATBRANDS on 5th June'2012 post confirmation from company that product is in stock with them. However, after placing the order with express delivery (for Rs.300 extra and delivery in 2 days) i get message from buyatbrands team that product shipping will be delayed by 7 days more with no reason mentioned. This makes no sense charging customers of Rs 300 and express delivery in 2 days?

Consumer has to follow up continuously for the product status, wherein the customer care is least bothered to acknowledge ir provide the updates if the product will actually be delivered in 7 days or delay more?

Finally on 14th June, i called marketing division Vikas much after arguement that product will be shipped by evening (which i received) along with the assurance of Refund of Rs.300 for shipping charges. I again follow up twice with customer care on 16th and 19th June'12 respectively irrespective of numerous calls, but no one has bothered to ack and refund my shipping amount till today 2nd july'12.

This site has no standard protocols defined to handled online shopping request and concerns unlike other shopping portals. Appreciate your kind help in following up and taking strict action against such online portals who operate without standard customer care and make you go through harrowing experience of online shopping.
