I ordered a sony ericsson xperia mini st15i mobile phone from online shopping website www.Timtara.Com on 26-sep and paid rs. 11499/- Through netbanking. After repeatedly calling them for asking my order status, on 4th oct they told me that they don't have it in their stock and I cancelled my order on the same day. The same day my order was cancelled and my order status was payment refund pending as it is now and I have not got any refund till now. When I call them to ask about payment refund they don't pick up my phone. I therefore request you to make the company refund my hard earned money as I need it urgently.
