Amount paid for recharging mobile not credited

Dear Sir,

I paid Rs 114.40 for top-up of my bsnl - bihar mobile 8987321487 today on 11.03.2011 from my SBI Credit card at 10.30 a.m online. However, this amount is not reflecting in my mobile till now. Please top up my mobile or reverse the whole amount to my SBI credit card at earliest. In case this amount is not top-up or reversed, I will put the case in consumer court. I have mailed twice to your customer care email id [email protected] but no response i have received from your side.
