I am Not receiving your bills, for payments since six (6) months either by post or by E-Mail.

This is brought to the notice of your "R-Care" but we are not getting any result. Every time we have paid bills before cycle on account by assuming some figure.

This is my first experience with any MNC, who are such careless and unable to satisfy customer 's quarry, in turnaround time, I expect that this Mail is enough and the corrective measures will be taken.
