Held money but didn, t send product

I ordered a mp3 player from coral hub .they send me the wrong order, i mailed them and asked them to get it replaced.they told me to send the product by courier and thy would replace it and corier charges will also be bourne by them.now its almost more than two months that they didn, t send my order or given me my money back.a have all the receipts and mails with me of asking me to send the mp3 player and replacing it.
