Problem No.1
I purchased an item from coralhub.com on nov paid via netbanking.the item was lcd lens cleaner kit.i did not recieve till 03-01, contacted customer several times, still nogo. different dates for shipment till now given to me.its waste of time and money believing in coralhub.com.
Problem No.2
Purchased an item from coralhub.com, got the item delivered to my billing address, but the required item was different from what i made online, the 3shirts of different size, which does not fit me completely.contacted the same with customer care.they said take an photo of that item and mail us.i did the same, they did not reply me, contacted end number of times for an exchange from nov 12th till jan 02--01, now they are saying the days are more than for exchange.all lame excuses.now they product which i have with is of no use.am frustated by coralhub.com
