I had purchased vodafoen USB Stick alongwith laptop on 16th july which was been activated within 2 hours. But from few days am not able to acess net from usb stick when contacted to vodafone broadband customer care first of all i was put on for long hold later i got replt that mine documents were not submitted. without informing me how can they disconnect the service. First of its their mistake now they want me to submit the document to resume the service.
