No Service received after payment

I bought an online deal for a 12 sq inch tattoo for 799 and the validity of the offer was till February end, i still have not got the service i purchased and there seems to be some dispute with the online company deals and you and teh vendor to provide the service

i have written to the company so many times and still this is not ressolved
