I had ordered a Nokia Bluetooth head set BH-503 from the Site www.dealsandyou.com. The order deatils are:

Date: 12th of jul.
The order was supposed to be delivered in 21 working days. after the 21 working day were ovber, i got a response from the call scenter saying that the adderess provided was incorrect. i confirmed the adderess to be correct. There was no call made by the delivery team to the given phone number and no record of an attemped delivery made.
ASfter giving this complaint, i was told to wait for 2 more weeks fro the delivery to be made. During that tme there was no update given on the status of the order. After the 2 weeks were over, i was told to wait a frther 3 working dqays to get a proper response. After that wait, i was informed that the prodcut is not in stock and no promise can be made as to when will it be delivered.
At this point I was throughly frustated and asked them to cancel my order. This resulted in a ton of excuses and fuinally they said that the order cancellation has to be "APPROVED" by the concerned department.
Now I was told to wait a further 3 more day for this approval to come through. As I fail to see the reason behind all this delay, I called themn again, only to be given a bule datrt courier number, according to which my product had already been delivered on the 1st of August. how does a courier number suddenly appear for a product which never go delivered?
I request you to please provide me with some help and advice me how I can take a legal action against this company.
This deal has cost me a lot of frustation as this was supposed to be a birthday gift for my Sister, and was never delivered. I have spen more that Rs 200 just on caling up these people and never getting a proper response. Every time i asked to speak to a supervisor, i was given a host of excuses which were totally senseless.
