Dear Sir,
I am from Bangalore. I have Ordered 2 kids laptop worth around Rs.1500/- in deals and you online portal on 6th may.
I printed the voucher i send it across to hyderabad vendor to collect the product. The vendor said the product was no more available with him. I requested them to refund the money since the product is not available with them. I made around 15 std calls (each call around 25 to 35 mins) and around 10 e-mails. They will never give a proper assurance about the refund. When ever I call they just say " I am forwarding your complaint call us after 3 days".
I googled about deals and you, there is plenty of complaints about that company. I dont have any hopes left of getting back my money. Please let me know the future course of action.
