Loss of 11600 rs. for Order of LG Fathom Mobile phone was never received

Please help me, so that I can deliver my orders.

No one is helping me out.

I ordered for 2 LG Fathom Handsets form Deals and you for 5, 799 Rs. It was ordered on 21st Aug. And till now the order is still no delivered. If ask for my order status. They never tell the order status and tell me that there is no available information for the order status.

While I asked for refund, they told me that we can only submit the query for refund, but we are not sure that you will get the refund for it or refund may not be completed. They only suggest me to wait for 21 days, without including national holidays.

That means that You have to wait for more than a month because of festivals and 'Saturday Sunday' Off issue.

This is the very long time period and no one is helping my out in "DEALS AND YOU" and neither they are refunding my money.

I just want my orders delivered actually.
