I Sandesh Jain, has ordered for an - Change Your Look in the Wink of an Eye with these Shades @ Rs 549 SPS 9112, Color - Blue, BHPC Sunglasses & Watch Combo (AL 1016-201 AL-W-001) for which the required payments had been made through Credit Card on the same day. This is to bring to your notice, that since 20th of Jan i have been continuously calling on an STD helpline no. (0120)-672-6777 and till date there is no concrete solution provided to me. Today when i spoke for the 4th time to your helpline no. i get the same reply after speaking to Ms. Karishma on Call to wait for another 2days as the backhand is working on it.
My simple Question when you quote on your website that things would be delivered within 21 working days, i want an concrete solution to the problem and trouble which is given from your end.
