Delay in Order Execution

I purchased a Galaxy Tablet P7300 from Indiaplaza on 10.7.12 and the order no is I10071218967

as not yet been shipped. I had purchased the tablet from Indiaplaza only because it was written that the product will be shipped within 5 working days whereas it is now the 8th working day. IT is supposed to be a gift to my wife on her birthday on 18th July and I am really disappointed in the service provided.

After paying for this, I have purchased one mobile, One speaker and two sets of Clothes from Yebhi.com & Pepperfry.com and I have received all of those materials (In fact I received Yebhi.com orders within 24 hrs).

Since then I have lodged a complaint online (ticket number - CNT1607120210) but no response. I have contacted them twice but the reply was status will be updated in 24 hrs without any concrete reply.

Pls help me in recovering back the money or want the tablet within 2 days. My wife's birthday is already past and now I am without gifts because of poor service of this website.
